A Conference Speaker Who Entertains, Informs & Inspires

So, you’re looking for a conference speaker?! Someone who can add value to your event by addressing your important issues? Maybe your members are experiencing burnout? Perhaps you want to improve workforce wellness? Maybe your employees are suffering from disengagement and low morale?

You know turning around such problems can result in a return on investment (ROI) in the form of enhanced productivity, better quality of service, improved customer satisfaction, lower costs and ultimately an improved bottom line.

Brad Nieder, MD, CSP*, knows it, too! And the good doctor can help by making a house call to your conference! Dr. Brad uses his health and wellness background and sense of humor to uplift and engage. Your audience will be inspired to change their perspective, lighten up and laugh more. They’ll be motivated to choose optimism and increase their level of joy at work and in life … in short, to be happier!

He won’t stop there, though. He wants to educate, too, so he always dispenses valuable information in his keynote speech. Your participants will learn why laughter is the best medicine (well, maybe just behind penicillin) … for combating stress, feeling better and living longer. They’ll get the latest wellness advice, too, learning new healthy habits to improve health and well-being. And it all will be delivered in a memorable manner unlike that of any other physician they’ve encountered!

With over two decades of experience in the meetings and events industry, Dr. Brad has filled many roles as a conference speaker. The funny doctor has been an opening speaker, a closing keynote speaker and everything in between.

This was a great way to open our conference … He was a huge hit, and everyone was talking about him the whole day.
— Angie Fielden, Seminar Coordinator, Solutions Pharmacy
What a fantastic way to finish off our conference! Thank you so much for joining us! We loved having you. Thank you for all your attention to detail right down to the handwritten prescriptions. That is a wonderful personal touch!
— Tricha Shivas, The Myositis Association

Wherever he is in the agenda, Dr. Brad WON’T deliver boring slides, goofy cartoons and marginally funny anecdotes like the standard event speaker. What you WILL get is audience interaction! You’ll get poetry! You can even earn continuing education units (CEUs)!

And you’ll always get a customized program for your participants. Are they stressed out? Battling burnout? Dealing with change? Rapid growth? New technology? This keynote speaker will investigate pain points, challenges, triumphs and personnel so he can deliver a unique experience tailored for your group.

When Dr. Brad makes a house call, his audiences are uplifted and motivated to live happier, healthier lives! They’ll be feeling better in no time!

Everyone appreciated your research into their classroom and administrative issues. And your incorporation of our teacher lingo and acronyms was a hit! You also had everyone in hysterics with your quick adlibbed reference to my own personal voice mail snafu mentioned earlier in the afternoon!
— Mary Stecklein, Jefferson County Public Schools

Hey, Doc, Just What Is A Conference Speaker Anyway?

First, let’s make sure you’re not inquiring about powerful audio speakers for your conference, such as the ones available from Bose, Klipsch and Yamaha. In that case, Dr. Brad would refer you to an audio-video company or a sound engineer. But if you’re looking to deliver some quality spoken words through those audio speakers, you’ll most likely need—well, a living, breathing conference speaker.

Conference speakers address conference attendees at live sessions. They can speak for small subsets of the conference participants in breakout sessions, offering training or deep dives into special topics. Or they can address absolutely everyone participating in the conference at large general sessions. Such general session keynote speakers can introduce the theme of the meeting and set the tone for the conference (if at the beginning of the event); close the conference with a memorable, inspiring speech; or energize them somewhere in the middle.

Wherever they appear in the agenda—and whether they’re offering training, a deep dive into complicated content or a general session to generate a spark among participants–event speakers should be inspiring, informative and entertaining. Being funny certainly helps! After all, people who are laughing and in a good mood are more likely to listen, learn and retain information than those who are bored out of their minds! And customizing material for every new audience is the mark of a seasoned event speaker. Being easy to work with is, too, as nobody likes working with a demanding diva!
